Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide a service are:
• Consent – we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep your account information, including your email address, for as long as you choose to maintain an account on our website. We need this information to provide you with access to the website and its features.

You have the right to delete your account and uploaded content at any time. You can do this by navigating to https://wandering.wiki/my-account/profile while logged-in and clicking “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page or by contacting Socks at socks@uber.space or over in the Wandering Alliance of Tyria Discord server. Once you delete your account, we will permanently destroy your account information, including your email address, within 30 days. Please note that some information, such as content you’ve posted on the wiki, may remain on the site even after your account is deleted, unless you specifically request its removal (see above).

How to Complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
